Allison Madding

Co-Founder and Board Secretary

Healing is not a journey meant to be traveled alone.

Driven by a singular, powerful conviction: that every individual deserves access to the tools and community necessary to heal from past trauma, Allison serves as a house church pastor and a trauma healing facilitator.
She is particularly passionate about walking alongside our neighbors moving out of chronic homelessness. She recognizes that true restoration requires a safe space to process the past. Allison’s work is rooted in the belief that supportive, inclusive environments are the catalysts for transformation. She is dedicated to removing obstacles to recovery, ensuring that the path to wholeness is open to everyone, and that no one has to navigate the transition to a new life without a community of support.
